Kurz gesagt: Das ist egal. Wichtig ist nur, dass man Spiele spielt, die einem Spaß und Freude bereiten. Brettspiele, Würfelspiele, Ratespiele und Kartenspiele stehen zur Auswahl und mit den entsprechenden Kenntnissen der Spielregeln kann jede dieser Spielvarianten viel Spaß mit sich bringen. Kartenspiele werden hauptsächlich von Männern gespielt, dazu zähle ich mich auch. Aber neben den Spielkarten habe ich auch ein Faible für Brettspiele. Strategische Spiele haben es mir dabei besonders angetan, denn ich mag es sehr, beim Spielen denken zu können. Dadurch kann man allein durch taktisches Geschick über Sieg oder Niederlage entscheiden. Ratespiele sind zwar lustig, aber eher für eine Party brauchbar und nicht für eine nette Herrenrunde am Wochenende.

Wenn es um Würfelspiele geht, halte ich mich gerne raus. Ich mag Würfelspiele, ehrlich gesagt, überhaupt nicht. Diese rein auf Glück basierenden Spiele jagen mir eine Gänsehaut nach der anderen über den Rücken und nicht selten verliere ich dabei meine gute Laune. Theoretisch kann man sich auch einen Spaß daraus machen, selbst verschiedene Spielarten zu entwickeln. Die dazu notwendigen Spielregeln ergeben sich in der Regel während man das Spiel konzipiert. Ich habe dies bereits 2 Mal gemacht und erstaunlicherweise spielen meine Freunde gerade eines dieser beiden selbstgemachten Spielarten besonders gerne. Es ist Kreativität gefragt, die man dafür an den Tag legen muss.

Wenn man meinen Mann danach fragt, welches Glas er verwendet würde, um eine Wohnzimmertür zu schmücken, dann bekäme man garantiert die Antwort Plexiglas! Ganz gleich, was mein Mann auch „verglasen“ möchte, es läuft darauf hinaus, dass Plexiglas verwendet wird. Zum einen kann ich das ja auch verstehen, denn es ist auf jeden Fall stabil und geht nicht gleich gefährlich zu Bruch, wenn man einmal mit dem Staubsauber davor stößt, anders herum denke ich aber auch jedes Mal, dass er mir damit etwas unterstellen möchte, unsere gesamte Wohnung mit diesem Glas auszustatten. Wenn ich ihn dann darauf anspreche, kommt er nur mit dem Spruch, dass er ja auch Polycarbonat verwenden könnte – sehr lustig … damit möchte er nur testen, ob ich Bescheid weiß, was das überhaupt bedeutet. Na, ich bin ja nicht blöd und habe mich sofort, als mir sein Fetisch zum Plexiglas auffiel, ans Internet gesetzt, um mehr darüber zu erfahren. Mein Mann passt natürlich nicht nur auf, dass ich nicht mit dem Staubsauger in die Scheibe ramme, sondern auch, dass unser Sohn, der manchmal ein wenig wild einhergeht, nicht die Scheibe zerdeppert und sich wohlmöglich noch daran verletzt. Von daher finde ich diese Idee mit dem Glas ja schon sehr gut … aber irgendwie nervt es auch manchmal, wenn mein Mann so genau an alles herangeht. Außerdem ist es auch nicht immer günstig, sich Plexiglas ins Haus zu holen, es sei denn, man hat den richtigen Partner dafür gefunden – das ist dann natürlich etwas Anderes. Naja, wollen mal sehen, welches Glas als Nächstes ausgetauscht wird.

Ich liebe es, meine kreativen Gedanken und Ideen irgendwie zu Papier zu bringen. Schon im Alter von sechs Jahren habe ich gern gemalt und mein Talent über die Jahre weiter entwickelt. Anfangs waren Wachsmalstifte und Filzstifte die Objekte, um meine Kreativität auszuleben, heute zeichne ich am liebsten mit Bleistift oder male mit Öl.

Für mein kreatives Hobby reserviere ich mir immer den Sonntag. Ich bin die ganze Woche auf der Arbeit sehr eingespannt und freue mich schon ab Wochenmitte auf meinen wohlverdienten Mal-Tag, wie mein Sohn immer so schön sagt. Den Sonntag nutze ich fast ganz allein für mich und gebe mich ganz der Malerei hin. Mein kleines Atelier befindet sich im Wintergarten, der sich ideal als kreative Umgebung anbietet. Die Glasfronten lassen viel Licht in den Raum und wenn ich nach Draußen schaue, kann ich unseren Garten sehen, indem die Bäume grün oder braun werden, die Blumen blühen, der Winter sich einstellt oder die Katzen spielen. Gern lausche ich beim Malen klassischer Musik, die mich entspannt und zur Ruhe kommen lässt. Nun müssen nur noch die Pinselstriche gelingen.

Die meisten Ideen für die Malerei kommen mir spontan. Ich habe dann auf Arbeit oder in der Küche ein Bild vor Augen, das ich mir schnell notiere. Alle Ideen schreibe ich in mein kleines, schwarzes Moleskine Notizbuch, das mir mein Mann als kreativen Helfer geschenkt hat. Am Sonntag blättere ich in meinen Notizen der vergangenen Woche und suche mir die beste Idee heraus, die ich dann mit Öl oder Bleistift malerisch umsetze.

Zentraler Kernpunkt der Diät ist, dass man sein Gleichgewicht erreicht und auf Dauer hält. Das hat mich überzeugt. Schließlich möchte ich nicht vom berühmten JoJo-effekt heimgesucht werden. Wichtig ist, dass man bei der Zonen Diät auf eine kalorien- und kohlenhydratarme Ernährung achtet. Wichtig ist auch, dass ich mich daran halte drei Haupt- und zwei Zwischenmahlzeiten einzunehmen. Die Mahlzeiten sollten maximal einen Abstand von fünf Stunden haben. Na, ob ich mich da so genau dran halten kann? Schließlich bin ich berufstätig. Vor allem ist es wichtig, dass man viel Obst und Gemüse isst, sowie Vollkornprodukte. Nach all den Informationen habe ich mir erstmal eine Art Ernährungsprogramm aufgestellt. Danach werde ich dann auch meinen Einkaufszettel gestalten. Hält man sich streng an den Plan, so muss man während der Diät auf Lebensmittel mit hohem Stärkeanteil, wie z.B. Nudeln, Kartoffeln und Bananen verzichten. Das sollte mir nicht schwer fallen.

Ubiquitously expressed in most of the tissues. Defects in DNMT3B are a cause of a rare autosomal recessive disorder immunodeficiency-centromeric instability-facial anomalies syndrome (ICF) biochemically characterized by hypomethylation of CpG sites in some regions of heterochromatin.
